Hello--I'm so glad you found me! Let's dive into a vision that has become my reality.

Ardent Aesthetics is an interior decorating company that was established in May 2020 by the owner and founder Sumra Shiers--that's me. I started this company overnight and "simply" jumped right into what has been one of my life's most exciting journeys. I pursued this non-traditional and uncertain route of creating a company because of my ceaseless passion to serve others, give back, and truly be my happiest self. I have lots of support from my husband, Micah Shiers, family, and friends. But my core motivation stems from constant prayer for guidance and protection as well as from my favorite bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you" declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." I have carried this verse in my heart for many years and trust that whatever path I pursue, there will always be hope, joy, and prosperity along the way. I recently began making soy candles, and this has allowed me to slow down and just enjoy every moment of my journey.  I aspire to have a team of individuals--sooner rather than later-- who will eagerly and with much passion and patience, bring their unique talents, growth mindset, and a heart for serving others. My mission is to style beautiful interior spaces that will transition effortlessly through time.
